If you are accessing the Navigator+ courseware content through a different LMS such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L/Brightspace, please refer to your school or organization’s password recovery process.
STEP 1: Click Forgot your password? Click here on the Navigator+ login page.
STEP 2: Enter your email address, and click Search.
STEP 3: The message seen below will display. If you clicking Continue it will take you to the login page again.
STEP 4: If you entered a valid email address, you will receive a password reset email as shown in the image below.
STEP 5: Do the following:
- Click the link given in the email.
- It will open up the Set Password page in the browser.
- Enter the new password in the fields and click Save Changes.
- The new password is set.
If you do not receive an email regarding your password reset request, this likely means there is a typo in your email address. To fix this, please contact Technical Support.
